WE WILL regularly disinfect all high-touch areas, including workstations, countertops, product displays and treatment tables with a disinfecting cleaner as recommended by the CDC.
We will increase the accessibility of hand-sanitizing rubs for clients and employees throughout the facility.
Employees will diligently follow handwashing protocols as set by the CDC.
All upholstery, surfaces, and tools will be cleaned/sanitized with a disinfecting cleaner per CDC recommendations.
Team members will ensure doorknobs, hard surfaces, countertops, and client-service equipment are receiving additional sanitizing AM, mid-day, PM, between clients, and when visibly soiled.
If patients are ill: If patients are ill or are recovering from illness but still exhibiting outward symptoms (e.g., sniffiing, runny nose, coughing, low-grade fever), we recommend that they reschedule their treatment. If patients come to our facility exhibiting symptoms of illness, we have the right to politely refuse to treat them at that time until they are fully recovered. We recommend waiting 14 days without symptoms before they revisit our facility. Your help in keeping our team and fellow patients healthy is appreciated.
If our medical team gets ill: As an employer who cares about its team members, being able to recover from illness is entirely essential to us as an organization and to our employees’ health and wellbeing. If we have team members who are affected by COVID-19 or who must miss work due to ill family members, we want to thank you ahead of time for your flexibility. Please know that every effort will be made to reschedule you at the next available time, if possible, should any of your appointments be impacted in any way.
We appreciate your support of our staff and VISTA! Please make sure to check your email for updates! We are praying for the absolute BEST while actively preparing for all outcomes we can anticipate.
